OUR CAPABILITIES

RESEARCH & INSIGHTS

Interpretative analysis is at the core of our work. Our research approach usually involves 3 distinct but interwoven analytical layers and uncovers the tensions built into & between those:

Wider socio-cultural trends as the analytical backdrop

The market & competitive environment

The relevant design elements of the client’s organization

By integrating these 3 analytical perspectives into a coherent, meaningful whole we generate insights which allow us & our clients to reach well beyond the confines of standard market research practices.

CONCEPT & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

Based on profound analytical insights & their interpretation we develop coherent concepts & strategies.

In close collaboration with our clients we design

How we create value for current & potential customer segments;

What kind of operating model we need to deliver such value propositions

How we capture value in fast-paced, ever-changing and highly competitive environments

Such fit-for-purpose concepts & strategies give our clients a distinct profile & a competitive edge.

COMMUNICATION DESIGN

We help our clients to put concepts & strategies into action.

We develop plans & priorities, design interventions, programs & solutions which align brands with customers' & employees' experience.

While our communications solutions - identities, rituals, content & events - can be innovative, creative, eclectic, they always are consistent with our client’s strategy & core ideas.

Holistic communication design also means that learning & growth - as individuals and as organizations -  become an integral part of each of our interventions & of each project.

OUR PROJECTS: BY INDUSTRY

We frequently work with clients from the food industry and adjacent sectors - organizations for which food & food practices play an integral role, which take food as seriously as we do.

These are producers, retailers, the hospitality sector and/or food services companies.

To learn more about our projects in this industry have a look at our respective case studies & project highlights.

For a closer look at our work for the retail & consumer goods industries have a look at our industry-specific projects.

We love working with publishers, museum, galleries & festivals; universities & institutions of higher education, too. View our projects here.
